How to set up scheduled wellness calls for individuals

This guide walks you through setting up weekly wellness calls using Gloria. Most families finish in under 5 minutes.

Before you start

Step‑by‑step

  1. Create your account. Go to /signup and start the 7‑day free trial.
  2. Add your loved one. In the dashboard, open PatientsNew. Enter their name and phone number.
  3. Personalize. Add a few interests and languages so calls feel natural. You can keep it simple and edit later.
  4. Choose the schedule. Open SchedulesNew. Pick the days and times. We suggest two short weekly calls.
  5. Save “Gloria” in contacts. Your loved one saves the dedicated caller ID as “Gloria.” Calls will always show the same trusted name.
  6. Make a test call (optional). Use Call Now to try a quick hello and confirm the number rings properly.
